Joy is in the journey

Thankful that:

we visited Auntie Marta and Tay Tomas

Mia and her classmates caught up with us on the way to the Minto train station and, thankfully, had not yet left by the time we arrived on the platform.

Used for this layout is Meagan’s Creations and Digital Harmony Design Studio's Are We There Yet Kit. This fun kit is packed full of what you need to tell about your summer trips. Whether by boat, plane, or car, this kit will help you tell your story. The kit includes: 12 patterned papers, 8 solid papers, and 58 elements -- an arrow with "You are Here", a gingham bow, 3 buttons, felt camera, felt car, clip, frame hanger, 4 frames, 5 button flairs, a US map, a passport, 10 various road signs, felt airplane, tire tracks stamp, swirl, road sign border, felt boat, flat ribbon and a knotted ribbon, stitching, suitcase, sunglasses, hilltop, postcard, 2 string, 2 journal tabs, a tag, a thumbtack, seven various word strips, wave border, and two postage stamps. Full alpha also included with upper- and lower-case alpha, numbers and common symbols.

Likewise used is a word art from Meagan’s Creations' Are We There Yet Word Art word art pack.

A digital scrapbook template from Kristin’s Scrap Design's Template Pack No 39 12x12 was also used for this layout. A preview of the template pack as well as its description can be found in the August 26, 2011 post.
